Cass

Cass is a creative and inclusive strategy and operations director with extensive experience working with organisations of all sizes and across sectors. She has demonstrated results when leading complex transformations; delivering efficiencies and outcomes.

Cass has significant experience managing start-up and scale-up businesses, and enterprise team management in the private sector, as well as five years as a senior technology practitioner in the Victorian state government. Cass is most interested in the intersection of applied technology, social impact and business excellence, and how human centred service design facilitates the ideal outcomes.

Cass mentors young women in tech, and loves seeing mentees’ careers progress in new ways as the industry evolves.

Cass has lived and worked in Sydney, Hong Kong and Melbourne and has led the delivery of solutions across Asia, Europe and Australia.

craig

Craig is an experienced director, entrepreneur, executive and leader responsible for professional services and technology companies since 1995 with experience in building and managing software/solutions businesses and their consulting divisions to build their professional services divisions.

Craig has delivered solutions across a number of geographies including Australia, New Zealand, US, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Thailand.

Specialities and solutions: Helping organisations with Digital Transformation (including DAM, CX, WEM, WCMS), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), ERP, CRM and the integration and intersection of all. Delivering these solutions to large enterprise customers with significant experience working in Financial Services and Insurance and throughout the Asia Pacific region.
